The myMCCKC system provides a self-service center for students and employees and acts as a portal to other MCC systems. By logging into this account students access their personal academic and financial account information and several other MCC systems such as Canvas, account payment and student email.
Password management changes
In 2025, MCC will transition to a new and improved myMCCKC that uses Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO). The first step in moving to the new system is changing how you manage your password. As of October 24, 2024 your myMCCKC password will be separate from all other systems.

From the MCC home page click on the myMCCKC link located on the dark blue bar at the top of the page or in the three white bars on the left on mobile devices or you can go directly my.mcckc.edu. You will be prompted to enter your UserID and password and new students should use the "Need Password" link to create a password.

If you are a student your UserID is a capital S followed by your 7 digit number (Example: S9999999). If you are an employee your UserID is a capital E followed by your 7 digit number (Example: E9999999).

- From the myMCCKC log in page, select the "Need UserID" link located under the red login button.
- Select "I need my UserID" and then complete the form. Your UserID will be displayed.

- From the myMCCKC log in page, select the "Need Password" link located under the red login button
- Complete the form and hit "continue."
- Answer your security question exactly the way you did initially.
- You will be prompted to create a new password.

- Log into your myMCCKC
- Go to Student Center Home
- Under Personal Information, click Home Address
- Click the Edit button on the right of your Home Address
- Enter your address, then click Search
- Verify the address and click OK
- Then under the sentence in red use the drop-down box to choose the school district you pay taxes into
- Click save

- Log into your myMCCKC
- Go to Student Center Home
- Under Personal Information click the Names link on the left
- Choose the Edit button to edit current names or click Add a New Name if adding a new name.
- Click Save

Yes, you can stop by any campus records office and fill out a student data change form. You can also download the Statistical Data Change form (PDF) and fax it to the student data center at 816.759.1149.

- Login to myMCCKC.
- On the lower-left corner, click Manage Passwords.
- A new browser tab/window will open. Click Change password.
- Enter your current password.
- Follow the guidelines on the page by entering and confirming a new password. The new password must be at least 11 characters long, contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and cannot contain three consecutive letters of either your first name or your last name. Click OK.
- Close that tab/window.
- Wait up to 20 minutes for the new password to sync to other systems.

Never share your password with anyone, and make sure that you log out of your portal altogether when leaving your computer.

- Sign in to your myMCCKC account
- Click on the Student Center Home button
- In the Finance sections find the Other Financials drop-down box
- Choose 1098T and click the double arrows to the right
- Choose the semester you are looking for

- Click on the Student Center Home button on the left
- Once on the Student Center Home page, look on the right for your To-Do List box
- In the To-Do List box, you will find anything required to be completed for you to receive your Financial Aid
- If you have questions about how you will need to complete these items, click on the Details link at the bottom of the To-Do List box.
- Then on the new page, click on the individual items for instructions.

- Choose the semester you are looking for from the drop-down menu
- Click View Printable Report

- Under Academics, click the link that says Transcripts
- Click on the tab that says Transcript: Unofficial
- In the second drop-down box, choose Credit Advising
- Click the View Report

- Go to Student Center Home
- Under Academics click the link that says Transcripts
- Click on the tab that says Transcript: Official
- Click Credit-Official Batch in the checkbox
- Make sure Immediate Processing is selected in the next drop-down box
- Choose your quantity
- Next, choose to send to your address we have on file or a school of your choosing
- If you choose to send to a school, only use the first four letters of the full name
- Do not enter anything for the city
- Then enter the abbreviation for the state
- Click search
- Then click on the blue numbers next to the name of your school
- Then click submit
