MCC In-Service
MCC Collegewide In-Service 2024: IMAGINE! will be held 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Hy-Vee Arena, 1800 Genessee St., Kansas City, MO.
This annual event is an opportunity for employees to hear the chancellor’s message to the college and participate in professional development supporting the College’s mission, vision and strategic plan.
What happens at 2024 in-service?
- Benefits fair
- Years of Service recognition ceremony
- Announcement of our 2024 “Masters on the Move”
- Dr. Kimberly Beatty’s Message to the College
- Light continental breakfast and Mexican-food lunch buffet (including options for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian diets), plus coffee, iced tea and water available throughout the day

Resource Fair
There’s time built in to drop by the resource fair at in-service: during breakfast (8:30-9), the mid-morning break (10:40-10:55) and lunch (12:30-1:30 p.m.).
