MCC Collegewide In-Service 2026: Opportunity Starts with US

This annual event is an opportunity for employees to hear the chancellor’s message to the College and participate in professional development supporting the College’s mission, vision and strategic plan.
You asked and we listened! What's new this year --
- Sensory room. More details are found on the FAQ page.
- New start time -- join us at 9:00 am
- More concurrent sessions. Sign up for sessions opens soon.
- Enhanced AV. Steps are being taken to reduce the echo in the Grand Plaza and provide a more surround sound experience.
- Districtwide networking. There is more time built in to mingle.
Registration opens in September.
All full-time employees are required to attend; part-time employees are welcome. Registration is required.
