Metropolitan Community College welcomes community organizations and individuals who would like to share information with students, employees, and campus visitors.
External organizations and individuals may request a table in a designated common area at an MCC campus. Reservations are free, but advance approval is required before setting up a promotional space on campus.
How to reserve a table
To request a tabling reservation, email the Campus President’s Office at the MCC location where you would like to table.

| MCC-Maple Woods: mw.events@mcckc.edu | MCC-Penn Valley: pv.events@mcckc.edu |
Please allow sufficient time for review before your requested date. A reservation
is not approved until written confirmation is received from MCC.
Requests may be submitted beginning on the first day of each Fall, Spring, or Summer semester. Tabling may begin starting the second week of the semester and must end before finals week. View the MCC Academic Calendar for semester and finals dates.
Organizations seeking a private room, meeting space, event venue, or expanded campus use should review MCC’s Facility and Venue Rental information.
Reservation review and approval
The Office of the Campus President or delegate will review the request for space availability and to adhere compliance with MCC policies and procedures.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Please do not advertise your appearance or arrive to set up until you receive written confirmation.
If your request is approved, the confirmation will include your assigned date, time, location, and any additional instructions.
Reservations and priority
Reservations are required and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is a scheduling conflict, priority will be given in this order:
- Members of the MCC community with a reservation
- Non-college affiliated individuals or organizations with a reservation
Non-college affiliated individuals or groups may table a maximum of five (5) days per semester at each MCC campus location.
A maximum of two (2) non-MCC organizations may table at the same time at each location.
Space and set up
Each approved organization will be assigned a designated tabling location and provided one table and two chairs. Organizations must clearly display a sign with a statement indicating: “This organization is not affiliated with Metropolitan Community College (MCC)” for the duration of the tabling event. MCC will provide the sign.
Tabling guidelines
To help maintain a welcoming and accessible campus environment, approved organizations must follow these guidelines:
