The following campus and institute spaces are available to the community on a rental basis.

Facility and venue rental information

Reserving a room

Requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of the facility is subject to availability, and college-use has priority.  All dates you would like to use the space, regardless of its use, must be requested in advance and in writing. Payment must be received prior to the start date of the event or we will not be able to allow you on campus property.

MCC-Blue River campus

The following campus spaces are available to the community on a rental basis. All rentals are processed with a contracted use agreement and proof of insurance covering the organizer or event activity. To be considered, a minimum of two weeks advance notice is required.

If you wish to cancel an event, please communicate directly with your campus contact and we will cancel your event. 
Please be sure to include your name, your company’s name, the date and time of your event, campus location of event, and reason for cancellation.
