Reserving a room
Requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of the facility is subject to availability, and college-use has priority. All dates you would like to use the space, regardless of its use, must be requested in advance and in writing. Payment must be received prior to the start date of the event or we will not be able to allow you on campus property.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an event, please communicate directly with your campus contact and we will cancel your event.
Please be sure to include your name, your company’s name, the date and time of your event, campus location of event, and reason for cancellation.
