The office of institutional research and analytics provides the highest quality data and analyses to facilitate and enhance assessment, policy development and decision making aimed at improving the educational experience of Metropolitan Community College students. Additionally, we submit data to external agencies to maintain MCC’s federal, state and accreditation compliance.
The office of institutional research and analytics responds to the information and analytical needs of MCC by applying and advancing the standards of Institutional Research for continuous educational improvement.
Established to provide technical assistance to administrators, faculty and staff of Metropolitan Community College, the office of institutional research assists district personnel by performing:
- methodological design and issues
- database development for research studies
- student tracking
- needs assessment
- evaluation design
- observational studies
- quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting

The institutional research and analytics team strives to make frequently requested data available on our webpage. However, if you are unable to find the data you require, you will need to complete and submit an Institutional Research Data Request form.
Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for the completion of any data request. While every effort will be made to meet your requested completion date, please understand that current workload and strict compliance reporting deadlines may result in a delayed completion of your data request.
