If you plan to earn a degree at Metropolitan Community College (MCC), follow the steps below. If you plan to transfer to another U.S. college or university, contact that institution for its foreign credential evaluation process.
SpanTran Application
Use SpanTran to apply for an evaluation of your foreign transcripts for possible transfer credit to MCC. The application helps you choose the right report and provides a discount on the evaluation cost. Once complete, SpanTran will send your evaluation directly to MCC at no charge.
You'll need:
- Copies of transcripts and diplomas/certificates earned in their original language
- A scan of your passport
- Credit/debit card for payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, etc.)
If you have any questions, please send an email to intake@spantran.com and let us know you're applying to Metropolitan Community College Kansas City.
Educational credential evaluation
MCC does not evaluate foreign credits on campus. To see if your credits transfer, send attested transcripts to Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. for an official "Course-by-Course" evaluation
