Let us serve your next event!

Requests should be received 15 business days prior to event.  Please contact the Great Western Dining (GW) Food Service Director of the campus where the catered event will take place if less than 15 business days to check if the request can be serviced. 

Great Western Dining (GWD) Services has 1 to 2 business days to accept the request.  A 72-hour (3 day) notice is required for any changes to requests.

Please note cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours (1 business day)  in advance of the scheduled event.  The department or organization is financially responsible for the guaranteed number and arrangements listed in the catering contract.  All sales are final and there are no refunds.   

Community members, please ensure your facility rental agreement is fully executed before completing a catering request.

MCC employees, before ordering catering services, please reserve the room for your event first.

Please contact the Food Service Director at the respective campus for catering services.
