ServSafe Food Handler Certification
The ServSafe Food Handler training and assessment program is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees.
The ServSafe Food Handler certificate verifies basic food safety knowledge and is for individuals in food handler employee-level positions.
ServSafe Food Handler certification covers five key areas:
- Basic food safety
- Personal hygiene
- Cross-contamination and allergens
- Time and temperature
- Cleaning and sanitation

ServSafe Food Manager Certification
The ServSafe manager certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness.
Individuals that successfully pass the 90-question, multiple-choice exam will receive a ServSafe manager certification and wallet card.
This interactive course has been designed using the latest techniques in learning theory, to deliver current food safety information, in a fun and easy-to-use format.The ServSafe manager certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the conference for food protection standards.

Introduction to Hospitality
An introduction to the hospitality industry including the vocabulary, organization and structure of hotels, restaurants, casinos and other areas of the tourism industry.
It will also include what individual skills sets are needed to have a successful career in the industry.
Introduction to Hotel Management
This course introduces students to the operation of a hotel. Every department will be addressed including but not limited to Housekeeping Management, Engineering, Front Desk, Sales and General Management.
The course will also address the different segments of the industry and their unique operating situations.
Introduction to Restaurant Management
An introduction to restaurant management including the history, organization, operation, structure and different types of restaurants and other areas of the food service industry. It will also address the unique operations and challenges of the restaurant industry.
In this course the student will take a national safe alcohol certificate exam. This exam covers serving alcohol in a safe and lawful manner.
