If you are an experienced IT professional with industry certifications or starting your path to a career in information systems, you may be able to complete your MCC certificate or degree in less time than you think!
In many cases, there is a certification exam you can take that will count as an MCC course. You can choose to take the class for credit or sit for the industry exam - either can count toward your MCC degree or certificate program.
If you hold an industry certification earned within the last 3 years, you can request credit by certification at any MCC campus. Simply bring documentation of industry certification exam(s) and photo identification to the nearest MCC campus to get the credit added to your transcript. There is no additional cost for credit by certification.
