Our exercise classes are available online by accessing the Fitness Center Facebook pages. Enjoy the convenience of selecting the time to exercise with instructions led by our talented and knowledgeable Fitness Center staff.
Our staff also provides additional instruction in a support group format with remote/virtual accessibility. This is a free service to MCC Staff and members of the Fitness Centers.
Topics covered in the support group format have included stress relief, nutrition, back health and introduction to training for a 5K, and building muscle strength and endurance.

Prices for one-on-one training for one hour beginning at $35, with discounted pricing for 5 and 10-hour packages. We also have options for small group training and 30-minute group workouts.
