MATH 95 - Algebra Principles (5 credits)
Prerequisite: MATH 31 with a grade of S or satisfactory score on the math placement test. This course introduces algebraic principles including: operations with polynomials, properties of exponents, rational expressions, rational exponents, radicals, solutions of linear inequalities, solutions of quadratic equations, solutions of rational equations, solutions of radical equations, solutions of linear systems of equations with applications, and the concept of a function.
