- The Honors Program is designed for high achieving and high performing students.
- The Honors Program is uniquely designed for each individual. This program is a two-year commitment and is renewable per semester.

MCC Honors Program admission requirements
- Honors Program Application, including transcripts and application essays
- Traditional Freshman:3.5 cumulative GPA, which includes high school, college coursework and dual credit classes.
- 2nd Year Sophomore or Non-Traditional Student: Completed at least 12 credit hours of course work with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. At least 6 of those credit hours must be from 100 level or higher course work. Placement into ENGL 101 or higher and Math 115 or higher or required scores for the Accuplacer test (these scores must be less than three years old).
