FALL 2023 / CSMG / CSMG 299Construction Management
CSMG 299 - Construction Project Management (3 credits)
Prerequisite: CSMG 215 & CSMG 255 with a minimum grade of C. This course will be a comprehensive study of construction project management. The course is based in accordance with the specifications contained in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). It will cover both process management and leading people from the perspective of construction projects.
