English As A Second Language

ESL 60 - Academic Skills for Success in the U.S. (1 credit)

Prerequisite: Placement in the ESL program. This course is focused on preparing non-native speakers of English to be successful in academia by increasing awareness of the culture in the college classroom, increasing understanding of student rights and expectations, and improving skills for academic success.
