SPRING 2025 / EMS / EMS 201Emergency Medical Services
EMS 201 - Clinical Research and Documentation (1 credit)
Prerequisite: HLSC 108 or BIOL 109 or BIOL 110 and BIOL 210, EMS 154, 159, 168, 176, 192 with a grade of C or better. This course introduces the student to the clinical setting through orientation and research principles to interpret literature and advocate evidence-based practice. The student is also introduced to the principles of medical document writing and report writing.
