The FAFSA is your first step to apply for grants, A+, scholarships, work study, and loans. Start on the road to financing your education today! No appointment is necessary, but you can register to reserve your seat. We encourage you to have the following items available to help complete your FAFSA: • FSA ID (and password) for you (and your parents, if you are a dependent student). If you need to create your FSA ID, this video provides great instructions: https://youtu.be/yj1Pn-shze8. If you do not remember your FSA ID or password, check out this video for help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIwnEbOXSGg. • Social Security Number and date of birth (and parents and spouse, if applicable). • Your Federal Income Tax Returns and W-2 forms (and for your parents, if you are a dependent student, and for your spouse, if you are married). For Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024, you will need these documents for tax year 2022. • Month and year you or your parents were married, separated, divorced or widowed. • Your alien registration number (if you are not a US Citizen).
