Manufacturing Leadership Skills Series: October 7-9, 2021

MCC is excited to announce a Manufacturing Leadership Skills Series designed to advance leadership and management skills training for first- and second-line supervisors. Conducted in an empathetic, mentoring style, the Leadership Series will feature technical instruction, plant tours, peer-to-peer networking and support.

In addition, guided group discussions centered on real-world issues and concerns will focus on challenges participants are facing. Training and learning will also include the leadership skills needed to successfully manage teams on the plant floor. Topics will include active listening, inspiring motivation, delegation, cultural intelligence and creating consensus.

The series will conclude with members' presentations of their capstone projects.
