English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are taught at the MCC-Penn Valley campus. Day and evening classes are available. All instructors have a master's degree. Students have access to a computerized language laboratory, college library and the fitness center.
U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees and asylees apply online.
