ENGL 80 - Foundations of College Writing I (4 credits)
Prerequisite: Appropriate placement score. Students will practice writing clear paragraph and multi-paragraph documents that utilize the conventions of written standard English and develop critical thinking skills by writing about reading. The course culminates in a required satisfactory-unsatisfactory exit portfolio.
