Special Facilities

  • MCC FabLab located at the Business and Technology Campus


    Here can conceptualize, design, develop, fabricate, and test almost anything. If you are an artist, engineer, tinkerer, inventor, student, or own a businesses, the FabLab has the tools to help you improve your craft.  And it's free to MCC students!

  • Carter Art Center located at MCC-Penn Valley


    Located at the MCC-Penn Valley campus, the Carter Art Center provides quality arts education to students in midtown Kansas City as well as a place for the community to gather, enjoy and celebrate the visual arts! 

  • MCC Fitness Centers


    You can not only give your brain a workout at MCC, but your body too! Not only will you look good, but actually do better in class! Three MCC campuses have fitness centers that give you access to everything you need to keep your brain and body healthy!

  • MCC Health Science Institute


    MCC's state-of-the-art Health Science Institute (HSI) is a unique learning facility. True-to-life simulation stations in this 190,000 sq. ft. building takes hands-on learning opportunities, clinical skill practice and patient care teamwork to the next level!

  • MCC Sports Trainng Center


    The MCC Sports Training Center is a highly functional indoor facility that offers teams, coaches, and players multiple uses, including individual and team cage mound rental, entire facility rentals, and multiple membership options. 

  • Police Safety Institute


    At the Public Safety Institute, students train for careers that are exciting and fast-paced through the Police and Fire Academies. The Public Safety Institute is one of the Midwest's best training facilities for peace officers and firefighters.

  • Cultural Art Center located at MCC-Longview


    The Cultural Arts Center provides the City of Lee's Summit and the Kansas City metropolitan area with quality arts programming. The CAC has fostered student and community creativity and innovation by hosting seven exhibits a year.

  • MCC Virtural Hospital


    The Virtual Hospital is a 10,000 sq ft accredited, healthcare simulation center that provides an unmatched learning environment for healthcare providers and students.  This facility hosts events and works with businesses and organizations.
