Hartline is a general contractor that self performs construction management, carpentry scopes of metal stud/drywall/finishing, door/frame/hardware, millwork, painting, flooring, tile, selective demolition, and concrete. Hartline utilizes 4-year union educated labor to perform these scopes of work.

Contract work with MCC:

  • 2019: Penn Valley Campus, Student Union Cafeteria Remodel.
  • 2022 in process: Penn Valley Campus, HSI Print Shop Remodel, Broadway Plaza Interior Remodel.
  • 2022: MCC Campuses- Hartline as sub-contractor under DiverseID (WBE/DBE) installing Division 10.
