There is no getting around it - financial aid will involve some paperwork. Here are some things you might need to complete your financial aid file. Some forms may ask for MCC's school code (002484). Required in an A+ student's final semester if there are less than 12 credit hours remaining to complete the degree or certificate.

Financial Aid Appeal (PDF)
To appeal the failure to meet satisfactory progress due to mitigating circumstances.
Intent to Attend (PDF)
Required when a student stops attending current classes but is still enrolled in a future-dated class in the same term.
Only used when requested to do so by the financial aid office.
Used after you meet with the financial aid office to get application paperwork.
