The Midwest Supplier Diversity Exposition provides a venue for diverse business owners to showcase their products and services, to network with other entrepreneurs, and to connect with procurement representatives from the public and private sector.
The trade show provides procurement representatives and supplier diversity professional a networking forum to build relationships to fulfill participation goals, and expand databases with qualified business owners that have capacity to create partnerships for contracting opportunities.
Business owners that provide catering services, promotional products, electrical services/supplies, plumbing services, office supplies, furniture, marketing services, advertising services, restoration and environmental services, various consulting services, athletic uniforms/gear, janitorial services/supplies, landscaping, engineering services, and RETAIL are just a few of the many industries exhibiting.
Additionally, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. there will be a workshop on How To Do Business With Metropolitan Community College.
Topics will include:

- How to begin the contract/payment process - Award

Exhibit space
Tuesday, July 23rd. Tables and chairs will be set up on July 23rd between 8 a.m. and Noon. Exhibitors will have access for EARLY Set-Up from Noon - 3 p.m.
Wednesday, July 24th. Access to set-up is from 8 to 10 a.m. Please do not move the tables unless you have received prior approval to allow for your display. Feel free to set your display on the table, beside the table, or behind the table.
Your exhibit space includes 1 table (approximately 6' X 30") and 2 chairs. Exhibitor space will be assigned and you will be notified of your table number and location. There will be volunteers to assist and direct you.
Table linen will not be provided. If you have a table covering (especially with your company logo) we encourage you to use it to identify your company.
Electricity (free access)
There are a limited number of electrical outlets along the walls. However, you will need to bring your electrical cord(s). Tables stationed near electrical outlets will be easily identified with a table tent marked "electrical outlet." Our facility team will secure the cord with tape for safety reasons. Several exhibitors have requested this service so please allow them the opportunity to use that space if you do not require an electrical outlet.

Internet access is available upon request.
Door prizes
Feature your business, product or service by donating a door prize. Door prizes generate excitement during the event and draw attention to your company. The more valuable the door prize, the more memorable your company becomes. Let the positive experience by the winner of your door prize help spread the word about your business. Donate something relevant to your business or the expo with a minimum value of $50.00. Gift baskets are always great! Door prizes will be collected up to the day of the event.
