Bus Tour - ALL ABOARD
7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Join us for a fun-filled bus tour of some of Kansas City's finest diverse businesses that provide innovative products, services, and other offerings to enhance economic growth in our communities.
The purpose of the Diverse Business Bus Tour is not only to promote the business but
also to help improve networking . With reserved seating for Public and Private Sector Procurement Representatives, this event allows you
to tour diverse businesses, meet the owners face-to-face, and evaluate the vendor's
capacity and product/services. Share best practices with other buying agents. Expand
your vendor base. Positively impact your agency/business's bottom line.
There is NO FEE to participate in the bus tour.
Lunch
12:30 p.m to 1:30 p.m
Experience a "Taste of the World". PURCHASE a meal offered by various ethnic caterers and enjoy short presentations by each.
Lunch is at your expense.
Networking Event
1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Did you miss the bus tour? Not to worry. Procurement representatives from support organizations, educational and government entities, and corporations are welcome to join us for the Networking Event to meet with additional suppliers/vendors with whom you can do business.
The networking event is FREE, but you must bring your business card to leave at check-in for admission or sign-in.
