Tables and chairs will be set up on May 14th between 8:00am and 12:00pm.
Access to set-up is Tuesday, May 145th from 12:00-4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, May 15th at 8-9 a.m. On May 14th the doors will lock at 4:00 p.m. and no one will be allowed in the exhibit area until 8:00 a.m. May 15th. This is our way of securing your items. Please do not move the tables unless you have received prior approval to allow for your display. Feel free to set your display on the table, beside the table, or behind the table. Your table may be positioned sideways as long as it remains in its designated spot.
Your exhibit space includes 1 table (approximately 6’ X 30”) and 2 folding chairs. You will be responsible for selecting your exhibit space (first come – first serve). If you have a large floor model display, select a table on the back row in the exhibit area or at the end of a row of tables so as not to block the view of other exhibitors. There will be volunteers to assist and direct you.
Linen cloths (54” x 114”) will be provided for everyone that registered (1 per exhibit space). If you have your own table covering (especially with your company logo) we encourage you to use it to identify your company. You will not have pipe and drape to hang any banners.
Electricity (free access)
There are a limited number of electrical outlets along the walls However, you will need to bring your electrical cord(s). Tables stationed near electrical outlets along the walls will be easily identified with a table tent marked “electrical outlet”. Our facility team will secure the cord with tape for safety reasons. Several exhibitors have requested this service so please allow them the opportunity to use that space if you do not require an electrical outlet.
WiFi (free access)
Access to the internet, requires a “guest password” and it must be requested for you. Please contact the event coordinator by email Chris Kelly no later than Friday May 8th. Once received, Chris will provide you with your password and information on how to access the internet the day of the event.
