Metropolitan Community College will host the eighth annual Procurement Outreach Business Forum on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the MCC-Penn Valley Education Center (EC 0019) 3201 Southwest Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64111. This is an opportunity for diverse business owners, resource partners, government institutions and regional corporations to network in one venue.
The event is sponsored by MCC in partnership with the Better Business Bureau, Black & Veatch, Honeywell, KCP&L/Evergy, Sprint, Strategic Workplace Solutions, Technology Group Solutions, UMB and the Women's Business Development Center.

Keynote presentations and a panel discussion with the various certification entities.
11:45AM -12:45PM Table Talk
Informal table conversations about supplier diversity will be facilitated over lunch.
1:00PM – 3:00PM Match Maker Event
Business owners will meet one-on-one in 10-minute segments with purchasing representatives to discuss future procurement opportunities and other topics.
Resource partners, educational, government and corporate representatives should register if you desire to participate in the Match Maker to meet with the diverse business owners.
Business owners will sign up between 12:45-1:00 PM the for 10-minute segments with organizations they desire to meet with.
There is no cost to attend but seating is limited for the general session (9:00-1:00). You must register for the general session and/or the Match Maker by February 28th. Please bring your business card to leave at the check-in desk for admission.
