ReDiscover offers life skill training in a supervised apartment setting for the young adult, age 18 to 24 who has a mental illness, lacks a place to live, and requires adequate financial and social support to make a successful transition to becoming a responsible, independent adult.
Synergy's Transitional Living Program supports youth metro-wide in achieving self-sufficiency and realizing personal goals.
In doing so, we provide an independent living environment, individualized skills assessment and training, and support services for homeless people between the ages of 16 and 21 (and youth aged 18-20 who are in Missouri state custody).

Our Pathways Transitional Living Program typically serves males and females, ages of 16 to 23, who are homeless or in the custody of the state of either Kansas or Missouri. These young people usually have limited adult resources and/or have dropped out of high school.
Additionally, they lack independent living skills, employment experience, and transportation. Some might have been homeless prior to entering our program. Some are parenting teens with little or no parenting skills or support. Others may have intellectual disabilities.

Hillcrest Transitional Housing offers homeless families, singles & youth a disciplined educational program within a caring, supportive environment.
Unlike many organizations whose focus is one-time or emergency care, Hillcrest's primary objective is to move clients from homelessness to self-sufficiency within 90 days by addressing the total life situation of the homeless families they serve; longer term transitional housing options may be available to clients with excessive barriers to housing.
