Burke graduated from Washtenaw Community College in Michigan. The support and resources he received there helped pave the way to become the first in his family to receive a college degree, which influenced other family members to also complete college.
Burke’s compassionate and respectful approach to counseling helps students focus on their strengths, make transitions, and find solutions. He works from the assertion that everyone is unique and worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their beliefs, identity, circumstances, or struggles.
He enjoys all things outdoors and learning to speak Spanish.
