LEGL 279 - Family Law (3 credits)
Prerequisites: ENGL 101 or higher, CSIS 115, and COMM 100 or COMM 102, LEGL 100, and admission into the Legal and Paralegal Studies Program. This course provides students with an introduction to family law. Students will examine the legal rights, responsibilities and related issues in the area of domestic law, including marital, non-marital and parental family relationships.
