LEGL 173 - Contracts (3 credits)
Prerequisites: ENGL 101 or higher, CSIS 115, COMM 100 or COMM 102, LEGL 100, and admission into the Legal and Paralegal Studies Program. This course provides students with an introduction to contract law. Students will explore the formation of contracts, consideration, conditions, benefits, impossibility, remedies, performance, and breach.
