The following steps will be adhered to for student complaints about instruction.

  1. The student needs to first consult with the instructor.
  2. The student should contact the Enrollment Manager in Distance Education- 816-604-4487 to find out next steps.
  3. The student should make an appointment to visit with the appropriate Division Chair, determined by the Enrollment Manager.
  4. If the issue is not resolved by the appropriate Division Chair, the student needs to bring the issue to the attention and email the following form, to the Enrollment Manager in Distance Education. A Dean of Instruction or Director of Distance Education, determined by the Enrollment Manager, will receive the written student complaint form.  Please be specific in your letter concerning your complaint.
