MCC provides a Career Services office at each campus location to assist with every academic discipline and degree program. Our vision is to prepare students who are entering and advancing in their careers. Career Services has connections with hundreds of employers and on-campus events for workplace readiness.

Need help selecting a career path?

MCC has partnered with The DeBruce Foundation for students to take the Agile Work Profiler (AWP) that will link a person’s strengths and interests, and inform students what they do well, with clusters of work activities known as agilities.

"Assisting students with early identification of their academic and career goals is a proven strategy for increasing college completion rates," says MCC Chancellor Kimberly Beatty. "This partnership with The DeBruce Foundation will support our students in determining their career pathways."
