MCC-Blue River PSI offers an agency contract pricing which is less expensive than the CEU hourly rate. (Exception: Instructor Development, First Line Supervisor and Kaminsky FTO are not covered on contract)

The class will describe requirements for probable cause statements in Jackson County.

IMPORTANT:  The instructor would like officers to bring the following to class:

  • Any police report(s) officers may have questions over for content, clarity, etc.
  • A report for the officer to write a PC and/or search warrant for and to testify to.  Officers may bring two or three separate reports if they would like.
  • If officers bring their own reports, they should remove the suspect’s name and replace with John or Jane Doe or just black the name out.
