This program leads to an Associate in Applied Science degree with three options: Chef Apprenticeship, Hotel and Lodging, and Food and Beverage. It provides an overview of the various departmental functions, the position of the industries in the American economic system, and the functions and limitations of those types of establishments. You must be accepted into the program by both MCC and Johnson County Community College. You are awarded the degree from JCCC upon successful completion of all requirements.
