PENN VALLEY'S HONOR SOCIETY WINS AT REGIONAL CONVENTION!!!!!!

Phi Theta Kappa's Missouri Regional Convention was held March 4-6 in Columbia, MO.

Local Chapter President Sarah Eiker was elected to President of the entire Missouri region.

Local member Miranda Owen was elected to Missouri Regional Vice President of Communications.

Upsilon Kappa was formally presented with the prestigious Five Star Award for its exceptional effort and dedication. This is the first time since 1995 that Penn Valley's honor society has won this award.

Upsilon Kappa won Most Improved Chapter for the Missouri region.

Sarah Eiker, the new Regional President, was also recognized as Most Distinguished Chapter President.

Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society of two year colleges with over 30 million dollars in available scholarships. It provides an atmosphere to exchange ideas, develop leadership talents and earn respect from peers and instructors.
