Facts about Fitness
Are you interested in proper nutrition and fitness for life? Does your inquiring mind want the facts about physical fitness? Be a myth-buster by learning about daily exercise, weight training, weight management and nutrition. Learn to find your pulse and determine your rate of exertion during exercise. Safety and proper mechanics will be covered during indoor and outdoor exercises. Participate in daily exercises through either weight training or cardiovascular exercise. Each day will end with preparing a healthy meal or snack!

Baseball Camp
Bring your glove and dress ready to play ball! Pitching, hitting, fielding and base running will all be covered. Learn to hit for power, drive the ball to all fields, have a solid hitting stance and learn the mechanics of the swing. At the end of the camp, you will feel more confident with your entire game! Soccer Camp
 Are you ready to play soccer? This camp is designed to help each player gain a new level of proficiency. Individual focus will be on passing, trapping, heading, shooting, juggling and dribbling. Team techniques will focus on combination play, attacking and defending. Goalkeepers will work on improving footwork, advanced catching and diving. Particular focus will be placed on catching, collapse diving, breakaways, highballs and crosses, as well as distribution and communication. Bring water, shin guards and a ball.
