Training Module

The Training module is a record retention tool for the qualifications of an employee for their specific job description as well as tracking employee training history data.

If you do not have administrative privilege to the Training database, you may be able to view employee training and classification records and print summary reports.

To view/edit any of the subcategories of qualification information on the employee (certification, license, physical requirements, education, skills, department requirements, experience, qualification plan or training history), click the gold arrow next to the category name.

Reports

There are 14 standardized reports available in the Training module. These reports can be accessed from the Reports link on the Training menu.


Optional Components:
