Maintenance Module

The Maintenance module tracks equipment maintenance schedules to verify that required maintenance is performed in a timely manner for all equipment for which mandatory maintenance is necessary and must be documented.

Depending on your level of access, you will be able to view and/or maintain the Mateniance data.

Viewing Maintenance Records (level 1)

Maintenance module, you will be able to only view maintenance records. This information includes data on the equipment item, the most recent maintenance date and personnel, and a list of activities that must be performed during maintenance.

Recording Maintenance Performance (level 2)

The mid-level of security for the Maintenance module enables a user to record the date the last preventive maintenance was performed, who performed the maintenance and any applicable comments. Each time preventive maintenance is performed on an equipment item, the PM Completed By and PM Completion Date fields need to be completed by a designated individual. The update of these two fields creates records in a history log so that it will be possible to review the dates that preventive maintenance was performed and the individual who performed it.

Maintaining Maintenance Data (level 3)

If you have administrative privilege to the Maintenance module, you will be able to edit all equipment and maintenance information.

Reports

There are six standards reports available in the Maintenance module. These reports can be accessed from the Reports link on the Maintenance menu. One of the reports, Calibration Match Criteria, displays a popup dialog box which enables the user to enter any combination of criteria. When submitted, a group of calibration records, that match the criteria, are displayed.
