QMS Help Module

A Help module is built into the eQMS system. This module enables a user to view the online manual as well as view existing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). In addition, the module provides an administrator with the capability of modifying (adding, editing and deleting) the FAQs in their own system.

To access the PDF version of the online Help Manual click the Manual link from the eQMS menu. The manual opens in Adobe Reader (or Acrobat).

Frequently Asked Questions

The eQMS system includes a module that enables an administrator to modify (add, edit or delete) frequently asked questions that users may access.

The eQMS system includes a module that enables an administrator to captures frequently asked questions. With administrative access, the administrator can modify (add, edit and delete) both the question and answers. The user can read the questions and answers directly from the paged table view or can click on the Question link in the first column to display a page devoted to the question.
