Training Module
The Training module tracks the qualifications for employees for their respective positions within the organization. Job titles are defined along with the experience, education, skills, training, certification, license and physical requirements necessary for each position. Employees are then "qualified" against each job requirement and the appropriate auditer verifies that the employee meets the requirements and grants approval. A qualification plan for bringing the employee into line with their respective requirements can be established as well.

The Training module also tracks the training history of each employee. When employees complete training, whether internal or external, a record is kept that includes the course, course date and fields that the administrator uses to acknowledge that objective evidence of the course was presented.

Reports
Reports can be run that display a qualification summary for each employee, a list of training courses that have been defined, the training roster for a course, a list of employees who have or have not taken a course as well as employees who have been approved or not approved for their positions.
