Maintenance Module
The Maintenance module tracks equipment maintenance schedules to verify that required maintenance is performed in a timely manner for all equipment for which mandatory maintenance is necessary and must be documented.

Reports
There are six reports available in the Maintenance module. They are:
- Maintenance Summary--displays all available maintenance information on an equipment item.
- Coming Due Report--displays the equipment items that have a maintenance due date within a 30, 60 or 90 day period.
- Match Criteria--displays a form from which a user can enter any combination of criteria in order to display records that meet the specific criteria.
- Maintenance History--displays a list of the last five maintenance dates on an equipment item.
- Past Due Report--displays a list of equipment items for which maintenance is overdue (the Next PM Date field has already occurred).
- Task List Report--displays a list of maintenance activities to be performed for a specific equipment item.
