Employees Module
The Employees module is used to maintain information on employees in your organization. It tracks information on the employee's employee or ID number, union status, shift, department, job title, status and supervisor information. It also includes contact information customized for the organization, i.e., extension number, Nextel ID, cellular numbers, etc.
Users can modify the employee information, use an employee directory to lookup data on a specific employee, modify the supervisor information and run a variety of employee directory listings.

There are five employee reports that can be displayed and/or printed that summarize employee data.
- The Employee Data report displays a summary of all the information tracked on employees.
- The Employee Directory displays a listing of all employees along with their employee numbers and contact information.
- The Employee Directory by Department displays a listing of all employees along with their employee numbers and contact information that, in addition, are grouped by their individual departments.
- The Employee Directory by Specific Department displays the same information as the previous report with the exception that only one department is listed. The specific department to be reported on is selected by the user.
- The Employee & Supervisor displays a list of all employees, their shift and immediate supervisor.
