Compactor Module
The Compactor module is to be used by administrators of the Quality Management system. As data is added to and deleted from databases, the file size of the database file grows and can become quite large. The databases need to be compacted in file size periodically to compress the data back to its actual physical requirements. The Compactor module has command buttons on a single form that enable a user to compress each database. The databases can only be compacted when they are not in use (open) by a user.
