To be eligible...
- you must be at least 18 years old (or turning 18 by the end of the program)
- be a legal resident or U.S. citizen
- meet minimum qualifications determined by assessments*
- Though not required for admission to the program, a high school diploma or GED is desired.

Information session dates are aligned with class start dates in order to fulfill assessment requirements. Assessments are administered in the weeks between information sessions and the class start date. You must apply at an information session to be eligible to begin assessments. (For example, you must attend an information session on June 3 or 24 to be eligible to begin assessments on July 14 to qualify for the August 25, 2008 class.)
*Information sessions are held at MCC-Business & Technology located at 1775 Universal Ave., KCMO, at 12 and 6 p.m. in room 2003. Picture ID required for assessments. Subject to space and availability. Attending an information session is not a guarantee of admission.
