Industrial Maintenance Needs Assessment
An Industrial Maintenance Needs Assessment will help employers upgrade the level of their skilled maintenance staff by creating customized tests that are designed to place maintenance personnel into needed training programs while also helping to screen potential employees. This is accomplished by deterring the knowledge/understanding levels necessary for specific industrial skilled job positions--such as welding, mechanical, maintenance, electrical systems, process control, machine shop, water, waste/water, maintenance management, HVAC, etc.--then assessing the current knowledge/understanding levels of incumbents or applicants.Additional Information contact:
