ISO Registration within Reach

Quality standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization have become the standard for good business practices throughout the world. Companies that are registered to one or more of the standards increase their opportunities for business at home and abroad. Two of the standards most widely recognized and accepted are the ISO 9000 series for manufacturing and service quality and the ISO 14000 series for environmental quality. MCC offers these services in addition to other industry specific qualifications, such as T/S 16949, automotive; TL 9000, telecommunications; AS 9100, aerospace; and more.

MCC provides consulting services, training and custom-designed electronic management systems to help companies through each step of the ISO registration process from start to finish. MCC is itself registered to the ISO 9001 standard and has first-hand experience with the rigor of the registration process. MCC was the first community college in the country to achieve this distinction.

MCC ISO Services

Consulting: Management of all stages of the ISO registration process, business process analysis, coaching in roles and responsibilities, and assistance in managing organizational change.

Training: ISO process overview for various employee groups, management training for implementation, process leader development, internal auditing, and documentation design and development.

Documentation: Development of quality manuals, and written processes, procedures, user instructions and forms.

Auditing: Internal auditing of company systems and pre-auditing of company systems prior to audit by registrar.
