Strengths Based Coaching Offerings

Strengths-Based Coaching™: A Journey Into Coaching is a two-or three-day in-depth training for technical assistance providers and consultants, or directors and others in supervisory roles working with early childhood, school age and youth development programs. Participants are introduced to a practical step-by-step approach for inspiring motivation and commitment that will fundamentally transform the way they work with adults. The "Journey" provides a framework for self-reflection and a guide to improving our work with others.
Participants will learn:

  • Coaching basics for effective leadership
  • A step by step process for supporting others through change
  • Methods to develop partnerships that motivate
  • Techniques for inspiring commitment
  • Strategies to build skills and achieve mutual goals

We also offer workshops based on Strengths-Based Coaching™

"Why Won't They Change" is a 1.5-hour overview of Strengths-Based Coaching™ with a focus on change. Ask us about presenting this workshop at your conference.

Topics in Strengths-Based Coaching™ are concepts from Strengths-Based Coaching™ which are explored in more depth. These are suitable for conferences or half-day trainings and include topics such as the Core Beliefs of Effective Coaches, Strengths-Based Communication through Active Listening, and Developing Strengths-Based Relationships. Contact us to discuss other possible topics.

Ask us how we can customize training for your audience.
