You can access your records through myMCCKC. There you can:

• Check grades
• View current enrollment info
• Update personal info
• Print enrollment verification certificates
• View lender and loan deferment status
• Apply for graduation
• Request a transcript

You can access records (with a photo ID) at a campus records office.

You, and no one else, have the right to inspect and review your records, unless you give written permission. We protect your privacy according to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
